  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    On the sign-in page, select Forgot password? We'll verify your identity with a one-time code and prompt you to choose a new password. Passwords must be at least 12 characters and include one number.

  • What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

    From the Cards page, lock the card immediately and request a replacement. You can also call the 24/7 card services line at the number below. You are covered by $0 fraud liability.

  • How long do transfers take?

    Transfers between Halvorsen Bank accounts are instant. External ACH transfers typically complete within one business day. Same-day wire transfers are available for an additional fee before 2:00 PM ET.

  • Can I have more than one person on my account?

    Yes. We support joint accounts and authorized users. Visit a branch with both parties' government-issued IDs, or start the process online and complete it with a short video verification call.

  • How do I receive a 1099 or other tax form?

    Tax forms are posted to your Statements page by January 31 each year. You can also opt in to paper delivery under Settings → Preferences.

  • Is my account FDIC-insured?

    This is a demonstration site and is not a real bank. No real FDIC insurance applies. On a production deposit account at a real insured institution, coverage is typically up to $250,000 per depositor, per account category.
